Guacamole

I have received so much praise over this recipe and let me tell you- it rocks!

This is what you will need:
·         3 avocados
·         Finely diced cucumber (like 1 handful?)
·         Finely diced onions (Quarter of an onion)
·         Minced garlic (1 tablespoon)
·         Finely chopped cilantro (1/2 a handful)
·         Green pepper Tabasco
·         Juice of ½ lime

Roughly mash avocados and combine all ingredients.
I could literally eat this on anything- breakfast burritos, taco salad, wraps, quesadilla, eggs and toast! but of course it is always wonderful with good old tortilla chips <3

I highly recommend investing in one of these avocado tools! ours was $10 from Crate and Barrel and it probably the most used tool in our kitchen (we go through 3 or 4 avocados a week). The knife-y end is for cutting the avocado in half, the round part in the middle is for picking out the pit and the round, slotted end is for scraping the meat of the avocado out of the peel. LOVE IT. A+. 10/10.

FYI- a bag of 4 small avocados from Trader Joes costs $3.65!

Enjoy this Greenie Goodness!
